APRN, PMHNP-BC
Libby provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and adolescents. She specializes in psychiatric medication management, ADHD evaluation & treatment, treatment-resistant depression and weight-related mental health support. Known for her calming presence and thoughtful listening, Libby is dedicated to helping clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their care journey.

Natecka Taylor
APRN, PMHNP-BC - Starting Novemebr 19th!
Natecka provides compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care for preteens, teens, and adults. She specializes in medication management for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD. Known for her warm, nonjudgmental approach, Natecka takes time to understand each patient’s story, clearly explain treatment options, and build a plan together so patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their care.

Lisa Babb is the Founder & CEO of Breakthrough HQ, a psychiatry practice in College Park, Orlando. She founded Breakthrough HQ to expand access to mental healthcare, reduce stigma, and create an experience where patients feel genuinely known. Though her patient panel is full, Lisa remains closely involved in clinical quality, team development, and the patient experience, ensuring thoughtful, evidence-based care across the practice.
